When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we will respond within a few business days with a proposal customized for you! Based on the package, quantity and event date, we will craft a price and timeline unique to your project. This price and timeline will not be set in stone since the design process hasn’t happened yet, but it will be close to what you can expect.

If the proposal is accepted by you (the client) then we will send over the contract for you to sign. The contract will be a formal version of the proposal and contain all the timelines, quantities and event details from the proposal. To officially book, we require a signed contract and 20% of the original estimated cost. If you decide to cancel after signing, this 20% is non-refundable.

Although we strive to provide accurate estimates, the design process and printing and assembly quote will be the determining factor of project cost. Snake River Stationery (SRS) will notify the client in writing if, throughout the design process, it is determined that the end product will exceed the initial estimate. 20% of the initial estimate will be required upon booking. The remainder of the payment, quoted when the design phase is complete, will be required upon sign off of the final designs. Please review the individual package pages for baseline cost information.

This is where the fun begins! You’ll send me your Pinterest board, your saved Instagram posts, magazine spreads - anything you found that spoke to you. We can communicate over text, phone, email or organize in-person meetings. We’ll keep an eye on the clock and do a few rounds of revisions before you’re satisfied and ready to sign off.

The last chance for changes! Once we have sign off, we are headed for print. You will receive an invoice complete with an itemized list and cost breakdown of your order. We require a signature on the final invoice and the remainder of the payment to send the files to the printer.

Snake River Stationery utilizes the services of PrintsWell Fulfillment out of Pelham, Alabama. They are a family owned and operated business in the United States that we are proud to partner with. Printing times will vary based on the quantity and complexity of the project.

The prints will ship to us at Snake River Stationery, and we complete a comprehensive quality control review prior to assembling the final product. Assembly times vary on the quantity and complexity of the project. We will deliver it to you fully assembled and ready for you to address and mail, in time for the recommended pre-event timeline.

The sooner the better! It's never too early to reach out and secure your date. I require around 8 to 10 weeks to fully produce everything. That being said, I suggest beginning the invitation process about 8 to 12+ months before your wedding, and 2-3 months before your non-bridal event.

We don’t currently have minimum quantities. Your proposal is based on the amount requested and my minimum investment, which is required regardless of quantity.
